Serving the church is what we do. Through a collaboration of church planters, pastors, network leaders, and denominational leaders the following is a list of some of the things RENEW will offer:
- Sourcing + Identifying – planting churches involves finding qualified leaders. RENEW will partner with churches and other networks in order to fit potential church-planters with the right context.
- Assessing – RENEW is in the process of developing a localized assessment center in order to evaluate potential church-planters in the specific competencies for church planting.
- Coaching – church-planters need encouragement, strategic support, as well as accountability. RENEW will provide each church-planter with a coach to better equip them for the turbulent and challenging environment before them.
- Training – RENEW will equip and train pastors and church planters in rich, gospel-centered theology that helps them consider the personal and corporate implications of the Gospel for their lives and ministries, and engages their cities in order to bring holistic transformation.
- Consulting – RENEW provides assistacne in evaluating the health and strengths of a church-plant or established church in order to improve its ministry effectiveness.
- Research – The cultural landscape of South Florida is vast; RENEW can provide demographic studies of a desired area, in order to determine foundational information for ministry planning.
- Spiritual Renewal – none of this is possible unless the gospel is continually renewing the leaders involved. RENEW is a resource to provide intercessory prayer and spiritual formation.
- Funding – while RENEW is not primarily a funding organization, we can connect church-planters with donors and foundations whose mission is to fund new churches. We may assist financially in specific projects as funds are available and needs arise.
