Strategy
RENEW will serve three purposes:
- Identify, raise up and train future church planters – RENEW will adopt proven processes of identifying church planters, which will include sourcing, identifying, assessing, funding, coaching, and ongoing training.
- Equip gospel-centered churches in South Florida – Besides planting churches, RENEW will advance the gospel by offering quarterly network training meetings, and a yearly RENEW South Florida church-planting conference. We will also be a resource for existing churches by offering services such as missional consulting, leadership training and development, print and web design, and more.
- Establish new churches in Metropolitan South Florida – RENEW is currently recruiting and developing strategic churches and ministry leaders in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach that will assist in casting vision and help in facilitating the network in South Florida. With a collaborative effort, these churches and leaders will engage in the RENEW network in order to plant new churches.
